Todays session will start with a no-ball dynamic warmup (10min), followed by a fitness and specific excercize circuit that ends in a 3v2 to goal (30min)
ex1 explosiveness in three directions agains a bungee line
ex2 high lateral hurdles 2 footed
ex3 defensive headers over mannequin, one coach facilitates this with a set of balls (cp-meet the ball at the highest point, Send ball high
ex4 1v0 against 3 mannequins (cp's- isolate defender and change direction, change pace) this station includes a coach with a set of balls
ex5 3v2+gk. ball starts with d1 and plays to any of the three attackers. Last attacking player to touch the ball moves to d1 position, D1 to D2 and D2 to the start of the circuit
the last 30 minutes we will move to the post game for finishing on top of fatigue
The work to rest ratio will be a little heavy in the first half. The preference is to put the fatigue in the middle of the training, then spend the last third with them playing through the fatigue.
