SET UP...
Box is 20x10
Minimum of 7 players required
Player at opposite end of box with ball diagonally
Two players on cones in centre
ROTATION....
Working for 2minutes
Pass goes into B from A, player follows pass
Pass then goes from B to C diagonally, player follows pass
Same down otherside, two balls moving at one
VARIATIONS..
1. A to B, B moves ball out to C
2. A to B, layed back and A passes to C - B moves to C
3. A to B, layed back and A passes to C, C then lays a 1:2 at end to B
COACHING POINTS.. weight of pass, head up, sprint between cones, movement

4v4 - 2 end players are coaches for purpose of social distancing
Possession based game running for 4 minutes
Directional also - players need to work ball from one end to other

One 7s goal at one end, 2 pug goals at other
Again 4v4 but keeper has to play outfield also and his team attack small goals
Possession based game running for 4 minutes

SET UP...
Using cones...
Two lines, 10 yards apart.
Then each cone 10 yards apart.
Player on each coach so 8 players.
ROTATION.
Player is running diagnonal around cones... so example..
Runs from A to B to C to D
Then from D long run down to E
And then E to F to G to H
Then long back to I/A where they started
CONDITIONS.
They have 32 seconds to get from their start point to back to where they started.
That is one repetition.
Group 2 now do it.
They will do it four times - that is one set.
Two sets to be done.

SET UP...
Shape is to resemble playing left to right, into centre midfield and switch of play out wide
A is effectively the left back, B is Centre Back, C is right back, D is centre midfield and E wide player
Use the width of park as much as we can available to us
COACHING POINTS THAT MATTER..
1. Weight of pass between stations
2. Need to move fast between cones
3. Body shape receiveing (particularly at D and H) - facing the way we are playing
Likely to mange 3 balls into drill, 4 if they have the tempo and tidyness

Once played back to feeder, then players turn out and make a diagonal run across box
Then they run down opposite side of box, receive and repeat
