Playing area: As per diagram 20x30yd with a clear halfway line.
Player numbers: Numbers may vary - no less than 6v6.
Rules &/or conditions: 1v0 - 2v1 - 3v2 - re-set. Must cross halfway before shooting. If the GK saves & collects the ball he starts the transition. Goal or miss a play must have a ball ready to start the next transition. 4x4min.

Minimum 8 can accomodate up to 12 players
Rules &/or conditions:
Series of three shots on attempts on goal
1) Cross from end line = pass to deepest wide player, dirbbles through gate to end line and delivers
2) CM strike from top of box = CM pass into recovering forward, give n' go top of box for strike
3) Cross from end line (opposite wing) = pass to deepest wide player, then overlap and pass through gate, for cross on endline
Progressions:
Provide incentives for goals
i.e. extra point for side netting &/or first time finish
Create competition between forwards
