Organization
- Triangle with three players in possession outside
- 1 Defender inside
- Players keep ball with 2 touches
- Defender can only intercept passes, they have to stay in the middle, no tackling
- Touch limit, If ball stops it is a turnover

Organization
- Ladder Cones, line of players, and a coach or player to serve balls in
- Player makes his/her way through ladder in whatever way coach determines
- Server plays ball, and player returns the ball an gets to the back of the line
Returns
1. 2 Touch Pass - focusing on receiving the ball with the inside of the foot and passing with the inside
2. 2 Touch Pass - receiving with one foot and playing with the other
3. 1 Touch Pass
4. Inside Volley
5. Settle with thigh and pass back
6. Settle with chest and pass back

Organization
- 12x12yrd square with starting positions at corners, cone in the middle of square with ball on top of it
- Players race around square on the dribble, when player gets around the cone they started the first person to knock the ball off the cone in the middle wins
- Players can play their ball to score as soon as they get around the cone they started at, or dribble as close to as they want before scoring. Being accurate from farther away is the quickest way to finish the race

Coaching Points
*dribble with laces, turn with insides and outsides of feet
*bigger touches in the straights for speed, smaller touches on the turns for control
*head up for vision

Organization:
- One team with ball each, other team on the post as keepers
- Player plays ball out to coach who plays ball out to be finished once the passer get around the cone
- Shooting player retrieves ball and gets back in line
- Keepers rotate after each shot, or at coaches discression
- Play for set time, then rotate teams
Coaching Points:
*Quality pass on ground, correct pace for a 1 or 2 touch finish
*Using laces and locked ankle to strike for distanced shot or inside of the foot for finish
*Land on shooting foot finishing forward
*Site the GK
*Head, shoulders, and knee over the ball
Adjustments:
- One or two touch finishes

Organization:
-Two different color pinnies or cones at desired distance for a race
-1 Player from each team faces off
-Coach calls different commands for changing directions, jumping, touching grass etc
-Coach calls color to race to
-Use opposite colors for adjustment

Organization:
- Race between players, first one to score at the end of the obsticle course wins and moves on
- Player starts with ball by goal
1. Dribble and stop ball in first square
2. Run to second Square
3. Dribble ball from second square through cones and stop back in same square on the way back
4. Run to first square where their first ball they stopped is waiting
5. Finish on goal
If ball is stopped outside of square player must return to bring ball back into the square.
If player shoots and misses they can retrieve ball and score before another player scores.
***Winners from each heat move on and compete against eachother until there is a champion!
