Organization:
1. Triangle set up with cones, cones about 15yds apart, 6 or 7 players (works ideally with 7)
Instructions:
1. Player from first cone passes to player from second cone after they open up away from the cone (next players in line wait on the inside of the cone nearest to the center of the triangle),
2. Player from second cone takes 1st touch around their cone (and other player at the cone), then plays pass to player at third cone.
3. Follow your pass and join the line at the next cone.
4. Continuous rotation.
Coaching Points:
1. Head up to observe position of teammate to pass to.
2. Movement to check into space away from the cone.
3. Weight and accuracty of pass.
4. Direction of first touch.
5. Angle of support.
Progressions:
1. Allow second player at cone to apply light pressure to the receiving player.

Organization:

Instructions:
1. 1st player makes initial pass as before, then receives a layoff back from the 2nd player.
2. 2nd player makes run around cone after layoff to receive the second pass. (give and go)
3. 2nd player passes to third player to start combination at next cone.
Coaching Points:
1. Same as previous.
2. Timing of run.
3. Spacing between teammates when passing.
4. Disguise the direction of the pass.

1. Limit Touches.

Organization:
1. Same as previous.
Instructions:
1. Player 1 plays a pass into the feet of Player 2 - who is now posting up the next player in line to receive the ball at the cone with a player in his back.
2. Player 2 plays a doulbe pass with player 1 while shielding the ball from the defender.
3. After playing the ball back to Player 1, Player 2 opens out into space to receive the ball back again.
4. Player 2 now takes first touch to get around the cone, and plays a pass to Player 3 to start the sequence again at the next cone.
Coaching Points:
1. Same as previous.
2. Receive first pass with a sideways body position. (receive with outside of nearest foot)
3. Timing of run.
4. Spacing between teammates when passing.
5. Disguise the direction of the pass.

Organization:
1. 6 players set up as shown.
Instructions:
1. 2v2 in central area.
2. Team in possession attempts to play the ball wide to one of the targets and receive back to score.
3. Players ARE allowed to score multiple points in a row at the same target.
4. Defenders attempt to win the ball, and immediately start to combine with wide targets to score points.
Coaching Points:
1. Movement away from the ball to receive.
2. Check shoulder to see defender before receiving.
3. Technique to receive based on how tight the pressure is.
4. Willingness to combine with teammates with short passes.
5. Draw defenders in then play away from area of high pressure.

Organization:
1. 6 players - 2v2 in central area, 2 targets positioned in wide area that will help the team in possession.
Instructions:
1. 2v2 in central area, attacking targets in attacking half of the field for each team.
2. Once a target receives the ball at his/her feet, they are allowed to leave the wide area to help attack the goal.
3. Wide targets cannot defend
Coaching Points:
1. Movement to receive.
2. Team shape.
3. Moment to combine with teammate vs go alone.
4. Wide players cutting inside with the ball to shoot or create for a teammate.
Progressions:
1. Far side target is also released from wide area when either target receives the ball.
