There will be two teams playing, they can have between 5 and 6 players. They will have 2 players on the outside across from each other, while the other team does the same. The remaining players will be in the middle. Every time a point is scored or the ball goes out of play, the coach will serve the ball into the grid. Once a team gains possession of the ball they must "establish" the direction you are going, which means you must pass the ball to one of their two outside players. Once they pass the ball to an outside player, they are now trying to score in one of the two gates on the other side of the grid. The outside players can play the ball all the way to each other, however this must be done on the ground (no ball can be played in the air from outside player to outside player).
Points Amounts:
1) For dribbling through one of the two gates without including your target outside.
2) For playing into your target and the same player getting the ball then dribbling through the gate.
3) A player passes into the target then a third player gets involved to dribble through the gate.
Coaching Points:
- When the ball is played into the target, someone must support them and close down the space
- Inside players ensure we have width and inside game as the outside players are already providing the depth
- Play on different passing lanes, especially the player inside (we want to ensure the top player who is our target is always available.

2 players from each team will be on the inside. While 3 players will be on the outside, alternating each line in a hexagon.
A point is when each team can string together 7 passes.
Coaching Points:
- Need to make sure each player is available (should be playing on different lines)
- Can we play the direction the defender is trying to cut out

1. The ball on the inside cone will pass it to the player on the other cone, who will play the ball to the player on a mannequin. Who will bounce the ball to the other player on the opposite mannequin, that player will touch around the mannequin and finish in the mini-goal. The direction of the second pass will alternate each time.
2. Once the first ball is passed to the player on the cone, the passer will run around one of the cones. Once the player who is receiving the ball sees the direction of the player running, they will play the ball to the opposite player, so that they can play the player who is behind the defender now.
Coaching Points:
- Weight of pass, when you know the player you are passing to needs to bounce it, it will be a lighter pass. If they can take a touch, you can put more weight on it.
- We are looking to see where the defender is moving from, that is the target we are trying to play to.

8 attackers will be on the inside of the square (2 CBs, 2 FBs, 2 CMs and 2 STs), there will also be 4 defenders in there. The attacking team needs to get 3 passes, once they get 3 passes, the STs can step into the end-zone. Then a ball can be played into them, once it's passed they must bounce it to an oncoming player who will pass the ball into one of the two mini-goals.
Coaching Points:
- The midfielders need to ensure the passing lane to the strikers are available at all times.
- The strikers should try to be in the half-space to receive the bounce.
- Once the ball is played to the striker, players should be ready to receive the bounce.

2 Line Passing Lane
2 balls will be played with at all times, with each line have 1 ball. The lowest player always starts with the ball.
1) Once the first player will check off the pole, whichever way they'd like. They will receive the ball on the half turn to open up to play to the next player, who would of checked in the opposite direction to ensure they are on a different passing line, they will do the same, and they will pass to the end player who also checked off in the opposite direction. Once the last player has received the ball, they will dribble the ball to the end.
2) The first player will check off the cone, they will do the wall pass with the player starting with the ball, the 2 further players will check off their poles on different lines. The player who started the drill, will skip out the nearest player and play the ball to the furthest player, the third player in the line will then get make a wall pass with the furthest player, who will then dribble it back to the line.
Both groups are going at the same time, players need to be aware of both balls so that they don't collide.
Coaching Points:
- Timing of check and run
- Playing on different passing lines
