Shooting
2 Lines
No GK, 2 cones about 2yds away from each post
Players should aim to shoot between the cones and the post
Both lines go at the same time
Players should get their balls after shooting and switch lines
Go back through the outside
GK had his warm up while players were either doing the Dynamic Warm-up with ball or Passing
GK can also be warmed up on the side while other players are shooting at the net
We want to optimize the amount of shots each players gets
If you want to use the GK, still make 2 lines and have the lines taking turns on their shooting, avoid having only one line

Warm-up can be done on the net or on the side to allow other players to do shooting
10 reps passing back and forth with each foot
Do 5-10 reps of each of the bullet points with the goalie using their hands to catch and pass it back to the coach:
