Description
Focus of this session is to improve the ability of the goalkeepers to distribute the ball under pressure. Looking for quick and proper decision making. Looking for being alert and ready for mistakes/counters. Looking for players to be confident when playing quickly.

- Find the open player ASAP
- Secure the ball
- Scan for pressure from opponent
- Confidence in your decision

Playing Out Under Pressure (20 mins)3 Rounds x 6 mins
Round 1: Red player passes to keeper and pressures directly, goalkeeper receives and switches play, other goalkeeper will receive and shoot on goalRound 2: Repeat from opposite side
Round 3: Repeat from Middle with 2 players pressuring

Distribution Game (20 mins) Players on the outside distribute the ball into the area (throw, roll, volley)2-3 Player in the middle battle to collect the ball
Whoever collects the ball can put the ball down and try and score on either goal
3 Rounds x 6 Mins
Round 1: Ball must be rolled into the goal
Round 2: Ball can be passed on the ground into the goal
Round 3: Finish however you like, but other goalkeepers in middle are able to try and block your shot
