Shooting Circuit (35 mins)
Simple shooting Circuit
Players start one at a time alternating from left or right start position.
Run ball down lane make a turn then shoot from ANYWHERE with right foot or left foot depending upon which side they start on.

Attacking play - Forward attacking
Set up
central box has 1 ball in the middle. 1 player from each team on outisde of box.
On command players enter box and try to win ball, once they have the ball they need to pass it to the box towards goal (marked A or B)
As soon ball is passed the team of the player that won the ball can run forward receive ball and attack goal. the other player can try and defend
Central players go outside, outside players join back of que for next go.

Winning the ball - Strength, Speed, approach, skill, awareness
After winning the ball - Head up, power in pass, accurancy of pass.
On receiving ball, speed and approach on goal, Head up, choose target, type of shot - power, accuracy, cheeky,
