Passing & Turns
Organization:
Activity:
1 pass into central player who turns to the left with the ball and passes to the line 2.
2 passes into the central player and the same activity happens.
3 the player who passes into the central player goes into the middle between the cones, the player who turns with the ball goes to the back of the line 4.

One-Two
Organization:
1 passes and receives a 1-2. Passes to the line 2 on the right.
Central player moves to line 2. Player (A) goes between the cones.

Organization:
Activity: Warm Up. Players line up on the outside 4 cones. Once they receive ball from server they move to the line on their right.
Activites done one after another. Change after 2-3 minutes:
1st activity - run to server and get a one touch pass back.
2nd activity - run to server and volley the ball back
3rd activity - run to server and head the ball back
4th activity - work in partners, ball served in the air, must play to partner then back to server
