Speed of Play
Red team keeps possession of ball while trying to get ball to the target player on the end of the grid. If blue team wins possession of the ball they play to their target player. Once a team gets ball to target player they must receive it back to score a point. They will then try to go back the other direction to get ball to the opposite target player for an additional point. Target player must move to create passing lanes and they must received the ball and play back to the team that passed the ball to them to score a point.
Coaching Points:
Decision making - speed of play, play the way you are faced, communications, creating passing lanes, quality of the pass. Team need to try get a quality pass to the target player as soon as possible.

Game
Blue team is attaching the Red team goal. Ball starts with the coach at the top of the grid. If Blue team scores they must have all players across the midway line for it to count. If defending team wins ball they must advance the ball pass the end line and the teams will switch and the attaching team will become the defending team.
Coaching Points:
Quailty of passes, movement off the ball, quality first touch under presssure, When the attaching team loses the ball can the defending team keep the ball adance the ball forward.

Fitness:
Keep players 6 feet apart
60 second planks (5 sets)
Between each set of planks players musts do 10 Burpees 10 Squats jumps
Cool down - slow joging as a team

Passing and Receiving (20 mins)
1. A passes ball to B and at the same time C passes ball to D. You can use one ball if players are having a difficult time with two balls.
2. A passes ball to B and they play ball back to A for a ball to C.
