Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition) 12 players, 3 zones. Central players have opportunity to run with the ball from zone to zone first unopposed then against defensive pressure before playing in a SSG with wide channels that allow unopposed runs into the attacking zone.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): Progressing to the skill development we add first a single defender. This will create pressure on at least one attacker allowing the others to make runs with the ball into space dribbling to the line before passing out to other side. They will then receive a return pass and attempt to get back to the starting side for a point. Can then add a second and/or third defender.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): Free 6v6 play. If the possessing team can find a player in the wide attacking zone, that player can run with the ball unopposed in the channel to drive up the field prior to delivering a cross into the box. The wide channels in the defensive zone are free to enter in by either team
