1. Red- Players with ball keep possession
2. Blue - Players without the ball screen both the player & the goal - Pink Player can only score with one touch
3. 1 Player can step passed the line to put pressure on the ball or win it and pass into T
Progressions - Two targets in the end now not only act as point scorers for DEF but must play one touch combination with ATT before the pink can score.

Pressing Rondo
8 V 8 - 4 - x3 Min Blocks (* -2/ -1 Session)
1. Red Team - Pressing - Begin in a smaller central square, once the ball enters a particular quarter,the two players from the small square press intensely and apply pressure, objective is to win the ball and play into the mini goals
2. Blue Team - Must play the ball into every sqaure before they can score
(Could change goals to behind the reds as they press and no protect)
Progressions -
*On the last two sets if the Middle team wins the teams change roles early * Add a Touch Limit for transfers

Pressing Rondo
6 V 6 + 4N - (* -2/ -1 Session) - 4 x5 Min Blocks
1. Red Team - Keep possession of the ball OR keep for certain amount of passes 12+ for a point
2. Blue Team - Press the ball to win, when they win the ball they must play to a member of their team in the larger area and make x6 passes by using the neutrals before scoring in a mini goal.
**If Red regain possession they restart in the mini box and practice starts again**
Flip teams and pressers in middle

-- Pressing - SSG -- (Press AND protect the Middle)
x45 Yard L by x20 Yard W
x16 Players Total - (MD -2 = 6 x4 Min Blocks)
1. Starts as a 6 Vs 4 Possession in one end (Outside 4 + 2 Middle) Start with 4 pass restriction then remove totally. Must keep possession and transfer ball to other side to the other x2 Greens on the team. 1pt = Normal Transfer. 2pt = Transfer through pole gates.
2. DEF Team (Blue) must apply pressure to win the ball if they cant before a transfer they must run over to the otherside and continue the pressure until then can. Each coloured Team will have a 4 MIN block to DEFEND taking turns at being the pressing team.
The Team that has the least points conceded as the pressing team is the WINNER.
Progression - During the last block any team that gives up possession will become the pressing team

* Cut off any passing lanes - If cant be aggressive and played around, stop opportunities to transfer
* Be intelligent with the press - Screen passes, know triggers and when to raise intensity (stalk energy)
