Organisation:
Area Size - 50 x 70 Narrowed off (No FB's for Reds, No WMF for Blues)
Equipment - 10 Balls, 8 Red Vests, 8 Blue Vests, 2 Yellow Vests, 14 Red Cones, 2 Large Goals.
Players: 18 Players (9v9) Reds 1-2-4-1-1 GK, 2 CB's, 2 CM's, LM, RM, No10, ST/No9. Blues 1-4-3-1 (11 v 11 Reds 1-4-4-1-1 v Blues 1-4-3-3)
Challenges: Players must attack with a Lone Striker and a Withdrawn Striker and a midfield 4 and score goals.
Play begins from Red team GK.
Coaching: Movement of the key players, i.e. No9 and No10, if the No10 (withdrawn striker) is moving to the Right from a central starting point to recieve the ball, then the No9 (lone striker) should position himself to the left to ensure space is created by pinning the defender, and the 2 strikers are not in the same line/channel during the play.
Attacking the 18-Yard box, if the RM has the ball out wide and is to cross the ball into the box, the LM should attack the far/back post, with the No9 attcking the are around the penalty spot, and the No10 attacking the near post. Which CM supports the attack behind the 2 strikers, looking for the cut-back pass, which CM supports behind the play in case the ball is lost (dependant on area of the pitch the play is unfolding).
Conditions: 3 Touches, 2 touches maximum.
Progressions: 8 seconds to score from the GK's first pass.
Regressions: 4 touches
Scoring system: Each goal is worth 1 point, Blues and Reds must score against each other in the large goals.

Attacking key points:
Movement to receive the ball and support play, angles, distances, quality of first touch, quality of pass, body position, strongest foot to receive the ball, width and depth, decision making. Rotation of players, if 1 players carries the ball or runs into space going forward, who drops in to provide cover and support in behind.
Defending key points: Distance of support, narrow shape, support behind the play, rotation. If ball is lost, can the players win back the ball with ease or prevent presenting the opposition any opportunities to attack and score.

Geography/Realism: Using the width and half the pitch, building up from the Feeder (CB in SSG)
