Setup:
10 players with 5 Players per playing area. A second playing area duplicated.
Cones to create a circular buffer that defender or attackers cannot cross.
2 players on outside of circle and 1 in the centre square.
2 defenders who play within circle.
Instruction:
The passer scores a point if a successful pass is made to the receiver in the square. If the defender intercepts the ball, the defender switches with the player who lost possession. Cones
Playing area with a 2m buffer strip between 2 defending zones
Playing area 8x10 minimum size, including 2m buffer strip in middle

Switch defenders at regular intervals if the team maintains possession.
All players must remain in their zones and cannot cross into others, including defenders.
Progression:

Passing Technical (15 mins)
Setup:
3 stations
10 players
4 minutes per station
Instructions:
Station 1 - Players are stationary and pass the ball for a total of 4 mnutes, with 2 minutes clockwise and 2 minutes counter-clockwise. Encourage players to use both feet to pass and receive on the back-foot.
Station 2 - Players have to pass on the outside of the cones and move to support. Play should be 2 touch with players to receive the pass, always scanning to see who is in support, and making quick decisions on the next move/pass. This will be high intensity so players should get a break at the half-way mark.
Station 3 - Passes are made clock-wise for 2 minutes then counter-clockwise for 2 minutes.
