Objective: Disrupt Opposition Build Up and Transition to Attacking
Principle: Deny Progression to Keep Ball Close to Opposition Goal
Sub-Principle: Make Field Small, Close Seams and Gaps, Prevent Forward Play
Player Actions: Press/Delay, Marking Space Oriented (cut passing lines), Pressure/Cover, Steering
Organization:
3 zones. Players in Zone 3 are fixed into zone, 1 player from each team in Zone 2 can enter Zone 3 or Zone 1. White team can score from Zone 2 or Zone 1 by passing into small goals or pass/dribble into end zone. Black team scores in large goal.
Coaching Points:
1) Pressure or Delay- distance of starting position
2) Close out (passing option), then close down (ball)
3) Travel while ball is traveling
4) Angle: into help or to isolate/outnumber
5) Diagonal Recovery after opposition switch of play

Organization:
Black team starts in possession and attempts to play through white defenders into target awaiting of the field. If successful, the two white defenders exit field, the white target is immediately joined by the player behind her in line and play 2v2 against black players. Ball out on the side or endline, can be played back in at discretion of coach or coach can elect to restart game with 4 new players (2 black, 2 white)
