Set Up: cones 15 yrds apart ,with cones in the middle, 4 players to each 2 balls
Instructions: 2 players dribble to end players who give passive pressure ,players perform cod turns,1 inside cut,2 outside cut,3 u turn ,4 cruyff,5 step on, after the turn they dribble back towards the other player meeting in the middle and performing a move,moves are 1 drag push, 2 side step, scissor,double scissor 3 stepover,4 slap step ,players perform half a dozen of each move both feet then swap.
Coaching Points:
pl;ayers have to work together to sync in the centre ,perform each cod sharp ,and explosive movement away slowing down into the move to perfom the technical skill with precision wieght and balance to sell it,and explode away

Set Up:25 yrds by 15 goals 12 yrds apart
Instructions:red dribbles ball to cones stops it and turns to defend ,blue to dribble towards net and score in any small goal must be inside 5 yrd marker, Progression towards the large goal with goalkeeper looking to finish at pace
Coaching Points: explosive first touch out to unbalance defender and not letting them set , once in front using the body to close off defenders path, defenders never give up on the ball ,when finishing on large net at pace make sure we are balanced and getting our head up to the target being aware of the keepers positioning.

Set Up:half field 2 target nets one full size
Instructions:one team attacks large goals defending team if they score in the target nets ,they switch to attacking team
Coaching Points: work on attacking the space work on all aspects of the session ,speed cod stop starts fients 1v1 2v2 and team play.

COACH’S TIP. Encourage players to get as many repetitions as possible each time across.
PLAYER TIP. Try not to watch the ball all the time. Try to keep your eyes up as much as possible. It will get easier with practice.
