"Read My Mind" (15 mins)
Method:
Two keepers and two lines of players on middle cones 1 and 2.
Coaching Points:
Players on 1 pass to players on 2 and follow pass to be the defender.
Player on 2 on receiving ball decides to go left or right.
player 1 must try read the players decision and defend.
If player 1 wins ball in the bounds then they become the attack and player 2 defends.
Once phase ends player 1 joins player 2 line and vice versa.
