1. Crossing Warm-Up- Just crossing a static ball to focus on technique. Make sure that the plant foot is slightly behind the ball and facing the target. Make sure you hips are in line with target on contact and you are leaning slightly back. Swing foot across body to promote curl and contact ball below the middle line. 

2. Moving Ball Cross- Take a touch out then cross into the targets. Make sure to account for the moving ball when striking, thinking where it'll be at contact not when you go to kick it. Swing across body to curl the ball. Make sure to get your head up to pick out a target.
