rules

in all progressions the denfender get 1 point if they score a goal in the normal goal agisnt the gk the attckers get a point if they get the ball into the end zone using whichever meothds the coach demos

treat this as a normal game but scoring a goal if your the attcking team will be a bit differnt

thourgh ball i.e (offside rule) playing the ball in behind the defender

the ball has to be played before the player get into the end zone

both player and ball have to be in the end at same time for the point to count

mini goals

3 small goals or use (cones as goals) 2 wide 1 in the middle

progression

1.to make this more challeing is to remove the goal in the middle so it gets the players to use the width of the pitch rather than going down the middle

2.the coach put 1 small goal to make it more harder for the attacker to score keep switching the position of the goals i.e( for 1 min the coach can put out the left small goal out only then swicth to the right small goal when the 1 min is up or you can switch around the small goals every time a point is scored )

3. you can put balls on top of cones so the attcker have to knock the ball off it cone to get a point

this is really challenging as the target has got a lot smaller

(use 3 cones and 3 balls 2wide and 1 in the middle )
