  • High knees

Dynamic Movement:

Neuro-Prep:

Technical (15 mins)

Organization:

 groups of 3 in 3 zones. two outside players in 5x5 box with ball. One player doing work inside middle. Player runs to one side performs specific technical drill and runs to opposite for same touch until time is done. Rotate all 3 players progress to next technical movement.

Use proper part of foot

Organization:

Players are 10 yards from the 5x5 square. Flags are placed 8-10 yards from square

2 lines going at the same time.

Both lines dribble to the middle execute turn/change of direction and sprint to flag

Technical Ability - Keeping ball close, then running/sprinting with the ball

Players to play outside players only with two touch. Defender wins, plays ball back after time switch defenders

Futsal (40 mins)

Organization:

 Full size of indoor gym. 

1 - 2 - 1 - 2  vs  a  1 - 2 - 2 - 1

Full FIFA Rules with the exception of Kick ins

Teams will play 5 mins in each formation then switch formations.
