Players start at point A (with a ball)
Dribble to B around the cone/pole
B - C get the ball out of feet RWB, around cone/pole back to B
B - D - Leave the ball at B and sprint to D, around cone/pole back to B
B - E - Dribble the ball to the furthest point of the square, to the middle and around the other 3 corners before joining to A

Two players will start inside the square with a ball each, they will dribble and pass to the players on the outside. Receiving the ball back (back foot first touch forwards) When coach shouts blue all players must sprint to the blue cones on the outside and back. Players with the ball will leave the ball behind and get back on it.
Change players every 3 mins

A - player runs to the middle cone - goes right - back to the middle (all four cones)
B - Players sprint to the first cone - shuffle around - sprint to second - shuffle around - sprint through the gate. (stay that side)
C - Players sprint to first gate turn and sprint back - second gate turn and sprint back - then sprint back to second gate to finish. (stay that side)
