Great Warm-up to Include outfield players and Goalkeepers,

Distances would depend on age but a good starting point would be 20-m between 'Starting Point and GK and then 20-m between GK and reciever"

1. Player works on a variety of Techniques looking at striking the ball into the Goalkeepers Hands, before following the Pass into and towards the GK on the middle line,

2. Players offers and angle on the outside should of the goalkeeper to ensure no collision with the opposite group before the GK returns the ball into the players path, (This can be performed through a variety of methods with the player having to recieve on a variety of surfaces, 'Foot, Thigh, Chest, Etc,,)

3. When the Angle has been created and ball is returned, player looks to move the ball into his path on their first touch and pass into the awaiting group on their second, (Do not be afraid to encourage a third touch if the ball is not set and ready to play)

4. Awaiting group recieves the ball, whilst the player joins the back of his new group, the goalkeeper turns around to face the ball and the cycle is repeated again,

- Ensure variety of techniques performed and balls awaiting and behind groups to mantain flow within practice.
