Organization:
Set up our standard 3-line passing channels either side of the goal.
Instructions:
Blue begins by playing A-B-C . C takes one touch out of their feet and then shoots on goal.
Gray goes from A- B- C. C receives and dribbles across field before taking a shot.
Teams have to switch sides to work on both feet.
Coaching Points:
Head down
Ankle locked
Second knuckle to strike ball.
Follow through - land on standing foot.
Progressions:
C goes to GK vs opposing team - keep score; 1st team to 10 wins.

Organization:
As shown.
Instructions:
Feeder (1) passes to shooter (4) who strikes first time on goal. After shot, feeder runs around cone 2 then looks for the pass from 3 to have a shot. Rotation: 1-2-3-4. All finishes should be one touch.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of set - play so the shooter can run onto it
- Communication - Hands and voice
- Put your foot through the ball
- Find the corners

Organization:
Even teams, 1 ball per player. 2 goals and cones as shown.
Instructions:
Phase 1, unopposed: Both sides start at the same time. Player must dribble around cone and then is free to shoot. Players collect their own ball and get in opposite line. As soon as both shots are taken next players go.
Phase 2, partially opposed: Same as before but now only the first player to score gets the point. Play to 10.
Phase 3, fully opposed: Continuous 1v1s. One side goes at a time, first player gets a free shot. As soon as team A shoots player from team B attacks the opposite goal with player A defending. Rotation: shooter becomes defender. Play to 10.
Coaching Points:
- Attack the space
- Dribble towards the goal keeping the ball close
- Set-up touch to have a shot
- Pick a corner
Progressions:
- Add Puggs to the corners of the goal, 2 pts for shots in the corner, 1pt for all others
- Add GKs

5v5+1, no GKs. Line of cones at 12 yards on each side.
Instructions:
Regular game except goals scored from behind the cones count for 2.

Organization:
Penalty area. 1 ball per player. Shooting lines at 6, 9, 12, 15, and 18 yds.
Instructions:
1.The game is called ‘Nothing But Net’
2. First shot is from 6 yds. If you hit the back of the net without the ball touching the ground, you advance to the next line for your next shot.
3. Players go in order, one shot at a time.
4. After the player ahead of you shoots, you have 5 seconds to place your ball and have a shot.
5.Winner is the first player to hit nothing but net from 18 yds.
Coaching Points:
1.Angled approach
2.Head down at point of contact
3.Body weight forward, chest down
4.Ankle locked, toe down
5.Hit it with the laces
6.Land on shooting foot
7.CONFIDENCE!
