Set Up
- Take the corner boxes out and leave the area to work in
The drill
- 6 players with a ball, 2 defenders
- The players with the ball have to avoid being tackled
- If a defender kicks the dribblers ballout they practice toe taps at the side until the next round
- The last player dribbling the ball in the box is the winner
- Swap the defenders around each round
Objective
- Ensure the players continue to use the correct dribbling mechanics when in a pressured situation

Set Up
- Bring goals in to either end
- Add sets of cones around the pitch
The Small Sided Game
- Place cones down to create gates around the pitch, if a player dribbles through a gate it's classed as a goal as well as scoring in the actual goals
- Progression -a player has to run through a set of cones before their team can score in the actual goal

- To see players dribbling with the ball in a match situation

Technical (20 mins)
Set Up
- 1 square 15x15m
- 4 different colour squares in each corner marled out with cones
The Drill
- Players dribble around keeping the ball under control
- Lose points if the ball goes out the square
- Add challenges: number 1 - toe taps, number 2 - tic tacs, number 3 - swap balls with another player
- Progression - When a colour is shouted they have to get to that coloured corner, add first one there gets a point
- Add a competition element through awarding points to the first player to the square
