Organization: 30x30 split into 2 grids. 3 teams, 1 resting.
Instructions: Defending team numbered 1,2,3 ;1 and 3 must stay in their zone. 2 can go in either zone to provide cover. Both teams trying to score.
Coaching Points:1.) Pressure, close down space and penetration. 2.) 1&3 players forcing wide, away from goal. 3.)Move as unit as ball travels, switching the pressure player

Warm Up
Organization:30x20 yard grid. 2 groups of 2 defenders holding pinnie between them. all player holdinig pinnie so if they lose ball they can join defending group.
Instructions: Win the ball and kick it out of the grid and that player joins your group. Group with most defenders at end wins.
Coaching Points: Fun warm up for players to realize they have to be on the same page defensively. 1.) Introduce Pressure/Cover/Balance 2.) Angle of approach. Force to side your help is on.
