1v1 Dodging & Speed 20 mins.
On the coaches call, the 2 opposition players (A&D) perform
1 foot in each Hurdle Ladder
2 Feet in each Hurdle / Ladder
Icki Shuffle
Player A is the attacker and must try to use their speed, with dodging and feinting moves to get past the defender and over the opposition end line.
Player D is the defender and must try to tag the attacker before they are able to cross the line. Once the attacker is tug the game is finished and the players switch lines.
Progression: As the attacker enters the channel the coach feeds them a ball and it becomes a 1v1, with the attacker trying to dribble the ball over the end line. If the defender wins the ball and can dribble over the opposite end line they can also earn a point for their team.
