Passing and Receiving
Starts off with Rondos as the players arrive and one and two touch work with pauses of small explosive movements and streching

Set-Up:
-15 Minutes
-8 Players
-4 Balls
-2 Cones
-20x5 Area
Players in groups of 4, with 1 player working and 3 servers positioned on cones 5 yards from player. 2 balls with the servers and they pass the ball on the floor to the player without a ball to return in 1 touch. Next ball is then passed and repeated. Rotate roles of players.
Easier:
Allow players to have 2 touches one to control one to pass
Challenging
1. Half volley
2. control and Volley
3. aerial control and volley

Set Up:
-20 mins

-24x20 area
2x teams of players with 2 players working in the middle to pass and combine with teammates on the outside.
Coaching Points:
- Pass to feet or to space
-Movement to receive and combine
-Awareness of ball, space, team mates and defenders
Easier:
1. Slow the drill down and focus on the techniques
Challenging:
1. Introduce defender into 6x6 square
2. 4v4 +1 floating players who plays for team in possession. Team look for team mate to receive in the square and maintain possession for 3 goals
3. encourage the players to speed up the passing and cominations

Ball is passed to player on first mannequin who plays a wall pass to receive with player on yellow cone. Player on 2nd mannequin makes a run to receive to finish at goal. All players follow their pass and rotate positions.
Easier:
-Allow the players to have more touches
Challenging:
-Add defenders
-Players must play 1 or 2 touch

7v7 +1 floater
Ball must be played to the wide positions with body shape of receiver open to the field and first touch through the Gates on the side to be allowed to go to goal.
Challenging:
Play through Middle of the field for extra points for incentive to play through the middle

Red players then pass to adajecent Red player who plays back inside to a blue player. 2 balls in play. Rotate roles of players
