Score Four

Organisation: 

• 4 Attackers v 1 Defender plus a GK 
• 3 Defenders ready to come on when a goal is scored. 
• 9 players in total 

How to play: 

• On go, one of the 4 Red players goes to get the first ball and the coach starts the clock.
• The Reds Attack 4 v 1 trying to score as quickly as possible. 
• REDS SCORE > they run to get the second ball and the 2nd Blue player comes on – (now 4v2 plus GK)
• REDS SCORE > they run to get the next ball and the 3rd Blue player comes on – (now 4v3 plus GK) 
• REDS SCORE > the last and 4th Blue player comes on – (now 4v4 plus GK) and REDS MUST SCORE to complete the game.
• If the game goes on for too long, play for a set time. 
• The game is now reversed and the Blue team must score their four goals in a faster time. 

To help the game:

• The defending team can try to score in the unguarded goal at any time.
• If the GK saves, he can start a counter attack using however many players are on the pitch
• If the attacking team shoot and miss they run to get another ball
• If the ball goes out they run and get another ball (it all takes time)
• If the defenders score they can add time to the Blue total time
