Organization:
(2 Groups) 14 Players : 7v7 Plus 3
Instructions:
1) Ball starts in the middle zone - with 2v2 Plus 2. Attacking Group must make 2 passes before breaking out to their two forwards. One attacking player can join in the first round going 3v2 to goal. Must Break with a pass
2) Once a team breaks out a second ball will get played into the two forwards and they play 2v2 goal so each forward group gets a rep
3) If the two center backs with the ball - their teammates can join and help them build up into the two mini goals
Progressions:
1) 3v2 to goal
2) 4v3 to goal - Allowed to break via dribble
3) Everyone can join and recover - (6v4 to goal)
Game becomes directional - each team has a large goal to defend & attack - when ball is won it becomes a game

Awareness of opponent and support - scanning - comfort level to look away from the ball to think ahead
Playing on Half-Turn - body shape open to the game
Quickplay w/ inside teammates AND outside Bumpers to advance ball - be creative
Combinations > 1-2 touch - Outside players - think ahead help break down opponent - see far first
Finish the attack - possession with a purpose to finish - committed runs to finish
TRANSITION > Reactions on Counter-Pressing moments.
