Ball Work:
Two Groups - Servers and workers
Servers around the outside of the square with a ball
Workers inside the square without the ball
Workers receieve the ball from the server, complete the exercise then go to find another ball from a different server
Work time: 45 seconds then switch workers and servers
Exercises:
- Two touch passing
- One touch passing
- Inside volleys
- Receive the ball from a server, creative skill inside the square then pass the ball to a different server on the outside
Total Time: 8 minutes

Two-team possession - no touch restriction
2 x 2 minute rounds
Total time: 4 minutes

Two even lines, all of the balls with one line.
#1 = player passes the ball to coach
#2 = coach sets the player back (one-two)
#3 = player passes a through ball to the player from the other line
#4 = player shoots on goal
Alternate lines after the shot (passer goes to the shooting line and vice versa)
3 minutes then switch the balls over to the other line, complete on opposite side.
2 x 3 minute rounds
Total Time: 6 minutes
Total Warm up time: 25 minutes
*If you have less than 25 minutes, adjust the times accordingly
Collect the equipment in, and prepare the team to begin the game.
Activation
Warm up: Activation
Two/three rows of players depending on numbers.
Exercises are completed within the square with each line jogging back to the beginning after completing each exercise.

Skipping
Knees up
Heels up
Side-stepping (alternate sides x 1)
Forward shuffle
Backwards shuffle
Kicking forward (x1)
Kicking across body (x1)
3/4 pace jog
Reaction sprint (Coach yells "go" and the players are on their toes, once the coach claps, the players sprint through)
