Objective: To get maximum touches on the ball using all parts of the foot, practicing COD moves from last weeks session and allowing players to try new creative moves.
Organization: 20yd W x 30yd L field. Every player has a ball at thier feet. 1 minute rounds of players keeping track of their touches. Switch up rounds where they have to use one foot only, both feet, certain parts of the feet only and then end the round with players finding a goal to score on or a gate to dribble through with pace.

Guided Questions: 1) How can you get more touches on the ball in a minute? 2) How can you see where other players are and where space is?
Answers: 1) Close and more controlled touches when around players. 2) Look up.
Notes: After each round challenge the players to beat their best. If they were able to beat it in the last round, what can we do differently this next round and show me.

Objective: To have players get used to and comfortable dribbling with all surfaces of the foot and using both feet. Inside (big toe), outside (pinky toe), laces, and sole (bottom).
Organization: 20W yd x 30L yd field. Every player has a ball at their foot. Cones are laid out randomly within the field. Use 1 minute rounds to first get the players used to dribbling with both feet and all surfaces. Then, proceed to having 1 minute rounds of self-competition. Track how many dribbles you make in a minute, then next round "Can you beat your best score"?. As the rounds increase, add 3-5 seconds to each round so players find success.

Guided Questions: 1) What type of dribble should we make if there are players around us? 2) What type of dribble should we make if there's no one around? 3) What can you do to find where other players are?
Answers: 1) Close control dribble, every step take a touch on the ball with your foot. 2) Take a bigger touch into space to run onto the ball. 3) Look Up
Notes: If players continue to run into one another, freeze the activity or coach within the activity and emphasize on looking up to see where space on the field is. If players are walking around, ask do soccer players walk or run and then after response, show me.

Objective: To dribble or pass past opponents, move the ball forward and score goals.
Organization: Set up regular 4v4 game with two mini goals. Divide teams up into teams of four. Free play for up to 15 minutes with a half time to switch up teams on fields if necessary. If not possible, switch halves at half time.
Guided Questions: 1) What are your options when you have the ball? 2) When is it a good time to dribble? 3) When is it a good time to pass? 4) What can you do to find where the defenders are?

Organization: Set up two 10W yd x 15L yd fields with a goal at each end. As soon as players start to arrive, divide them up and get them playing. Free play for up to 15 minutes with a half time to switch up teams on fields.
