Attacking team: 2-4-2

Defending team: 4-2-1

play starts with the fullbacks on the attacking team. the attacking team look to get the ball into the wide player for an opportunity to cross. the defending team look to play into the striker quickly when the ball is won.

Option 1:

CB plays a bounce pass with the CM. The ball is then played out to the wide midfielder who attempts to beat the full back 1on1 before playing a cross into the box.

What if? Fullback is strong in 1v1 situations. Cut back to full back who crosses from deep

OR:

CM will come short to offer for the ball, the player will then bend their run and drag the opposition midfielder out to open a channel for a pass into the striker. As the the ball is played into the striker the CM will get into receive from the striker before playing a through ball into the space on front of the wide midfielder.

What if? the throughball cant be played? the wide player will recieve the ball into feet and take a touch inside which is the trigger for the fullback to make an overlapping run and receive to cross.

Finish with SSG for last 10-15mins
