Goalkeeper always starts with fast footwork. Usually one foot in the gap but can also do two, shuffles, side ways etc.
1 - Exit fast footwork into a set position. Firm vollys played at GK at different heights.
2 - Once making the volly save, through the ball back to COACH. Turn hips and open, preparing to take a high ball. take at highest point and judge which foot to push off.
3 - Once possesion is maintained, roll high ball to the side and slide over to make save from shot from other GK. Cross over feet to get to shot as fast as possible. Try and angle run if possible.
Progress from 1, 1 and 2, 1,2 and 3.
Repeats on each side of the goal.
