4 v 2 Transition Game:
Organization: Split players into two teams, two goals
Instruction: 4 players attack on 2 defensive players, after shot > defensive team (black) attacks with 4 players and red team brings on next two defensive players. After black team shoots, red team attacks with 4 players.
Coaching Points:
- Movement off the ball, accurate passing, transition quickly, communication

Organization: Split players into three teams, 10x10 area with 3 goals each
Instruction: Coach plays ball to middle of field, players try to score in opposing players goal
- Goal scored on player equals 1st Yellow card (if player gets scored on again, equals 2nd yellow card resulting in a red and must sit out)
- Remaining team with at least one player wins
** Players that sit out should do juggling
Coaching Points:
- Be creative on the ball by doing moves

Warm-ups/Technical Training (20 mins)
Warm-ups:
1. Line jogging w/ dynamic stretching
Conditioning:
Exercise 1: 2 square grids on each half of the court, get 2 groups of equal amounts of players on each half of the court. At the starting point - Frog jump to first cone, lunge, bear crawl and then side squats. Repeat 5 times.
Exercise 2: Create 2 circles with 8 cones or an even amount depending on the amount of players on the outside and 1 in the middle (10 yards from outside cones). 1 player each on an outside cone. On “GO” sprint to the middle cone and then back pedal to the next cone on the left then sprint back to the middle cone and back pedal to the next cone on the left keep moving in a counter clock wise direction. Time for 6 minutes.
Exercise 3: (Groups of 2)
- Round 1: Player 1 sprints 3 times (Touch end line 3 times), Player 2 Jump Squats. Switch.
- Round 2: Player 1 sprints, Player 2 Sit-ups. Switch.
- Round 3: Player 1 sprints, Player 2 Wall Sits. Switch.
- Round 4: Player 1 sprints, Player 2 Switch
Technical Warm-up:
Organization:
- 1st Instruction: 1st – toe touches to middle pass to next player, 2nd – Rake R/L then pass, 3rd -- boxers (3 times)
- 2nd Instruction: dribble to opposite end, "high wave" in the middle, pass to player, repeat (3 times)
- 3rd Instruction: dribble to middle cone, play wall pass w/ player, next player dribbles to middle cone and plays wall pass (Repeat), one touch passes
