4v4 To score player must be in the shaded section. Only one player from each team is allowed in the shaded section. MAKE SHADED AREA 10 YARDS.
After shot attacker must run around the goal. Defender plays same or new ball and quickly attacks to create a 4v3.
Defenders are encouraged to track runnes into the shaded area or be at a disadvantage when starting.
* Get the ball forwad. Pass or drive at them on the dribble. Pass quicker and more advantagious.
* Be creative- Combinations, runs, overlaps, skills.
* Recognize space/disorganization.

Blues go through the agility to enter the field. As soon as one has finished the ladders, the next one goes.
If the blues win the ball they switch. If reds keep the ball for 30 seconds they do it again.
How agressive do we press?
Role of the first presser - Show to one side and make predictable not win the ball.
Once numbers are there go all out.
