Description

Specific Practice into Small Sided Game.

Specific Practice;

Size - Half Pitch - Red Team to score in Mini goals on half way line. Green team to score in 11 a side goal.

Players/Positions - Red Team ( Opposition uncoached) 433 with no attackers, Green Team (coached) in 352, No defenders.

Timing - 10 minutes all in. Set teams up, give instructions to cause problem 1. Let play continue for 2 minutes, then do a walk through for 30 seconds before letting practice continue before doing a terminal break to set up SSG at 5 minutes.

Terminal Break - Talk about switching to a SSG, with an goalkeeper and different parameters. 1 Minute.

Small Sided Game -

Size - Half Pitch - Red Team to score in 11 a side goal on half way line. Attacking team to score in 11 a side goal on goalline.

Players/Positions - Red Team (Coached) 433 with no attackers, Green Team (Opposition uncoached) in 352, no defenders, just GK

Timing - 10 minutes all in. Let play for 1 minute before walkthrough to cause problem 2 (30 seconds). Let play continue for 3 minutes before going in with another solution(Walkthrough 30 seconds) . Let play continue for 3 more minutes then stop for a walkthrough, for a separate solution.
