Defending the overload (10 mins)

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):

red player have extra player to start.  Remove the extra player if it's to easy.

If the blues are unable to be successful at defending the goal, make the pitch smaller to create less space.

Introduce 3 target to allow an extra target for the blue team

Challenges, Conditions or Targets:

Red need to create an overload by moving the ball out wide, and attempt to score

Blues need to defend by protecting the middle and try to force the ball out wide

Blue defensive line moves across when the ball is out wide to put pressure on the ball and attempt to stop the cross.

If blues win the ball back they should aim to clear their lines by passing into the targets in the far corner of the pitch
