Instructions:
First player dribbles out to the middle line and performs a Cruyff turn. Player raises haed after turning and makes eye contact with teh next player who uses that as their cue to do the same. Process repeats.
Coaching Points:
- Messi touches - keep ball close
- Quality of turn (sell the fake)
- Weight and direction of touch out of turn (12 to 6, ball out of feet)
- Eyes up quickly after turning

- Use both feet to practice turn.

Instructions:
A passes to C. C rolls passive defnder B with outside of foot and plays to D. D beats A with a Sole Roll and plays ball to player on deck. Process repeats.
Roation: A - B - C - D.
Coaching Points:
- Receiving ball; Check to ball, Body side on, Feel for Defender, Communication (Feet), Weight and direction of touch, Quality of end product
- Sole Roll; Timing, Quality of move, Head up and end product.
Progressions:
- Practice both turns and move with both feet

Instructions:
- Keep away from the two in the middle
- IF defender interceots/knocks out ball that player then goes on defense
- If player does not control ball/pass goes out of grid, they then go into defense
Coaching Points:
- Get on toes ready to anticipate pass
- Head up before receiving/distrubating pass
- Focus on receving either front or back foot
