Instructions:
Feeder (1) passes to shooter (4) who strikes first time on goal. After shot, feeder runs around cone 2 then looks for the pass from 3 to have a shot. Rotation: 1-2-3-4

Organization:
Two teams. Balls in the corner. One team goes at a time.
Instructions:
On coach's whistle, players 2 and 3 run out to the cones, turn and make criss-crossing runs to the near post and far post to receive a cross. All goals worth 1 point. One-touch finish = double. Find the corners = double. (So a one-touch finish to the corner would be worth 4.) Alternate turns between blue and red. After 4 minutes have blues and reds switch corners.
Rotation for red is 1-2-3-1. For blue: 4-3-2-4.

Instructions:
On coach's whistle, players on the goalposts race to the gate. First one through (coach will call it) turns and makes a run to receive a cross from his team, losing player defends. Goal = 1 point. One-time finish = double, corner placement = double.
Rotation is 1-2 for both teams. (So players will not get to cross from 1 if their #2 player loses the race.)
Coaching Points:
- Decision-making: near post or far post?
- Decision-making: get in behind the defender or cut across?
- Finish first-time

Organization:
30x44 field with 5 yd wide channels. (NOTE: GRAPHIC IS NOT TO SCALE) 4v4+1 with GKs and neutral wingers. Extra balls in the goals.
Instructions:
Teams play 4v4+1 centrally and can score directly for 1 point. If you connect 4 consecutive passes you can play a neutral winger, who can cross unopposed in 3 seconds.Teams score 3 points if goal is scored directly from a cross, 1 point all others.
Game is restarted from GK every time it goes out.
Coaching Points:
1. Quality and direction of first touch
2. Quality of passes and service
3. Selecting the appropriate surface for finishing based on type of serve
4. Timing of runs from strikers and players movement of the ball
5. Strikers awareness of goalkeepers positioning as well has defensive players when finishing
Progressions:
1. P – Wide players can defend after ball is played to attacking wide players.
2. P – Inside players can combine with wide players for overlapping runs or plays through the middle
