6v5 Zonal
Try get the ball through defensive line
Defense run a press and try to turn ball over. Player who intercepts ball, takes place of attacking player
If attackers get ball to 25 yd attackers, only 1 touch shoot allowed and all 3 players can engage in 1-touch rebound until goal scored or ball over baseline
Game then shifts to outletting ball from 16yd through defensive press
If defensive player intercepts ball here, uncontested drive to corcle for shot from top D and takes place of player who lost the ball

2v1 Socially distant
A passes to B
Can use C or go back to A
Only 2 attackers can go to goal, dependant on where Defender goes. Attackers may not enter within 2m of Defender or GK at any time
Focus is to shift the ball before breaking 2m engagement point with defender or GK and decision-making about whether to build-up play in outside channels or if opportunity to get ball into D via route 1 for deflection
Players on sideline remain 2m and take place of B after each round
Rotate Defenders and players A and C

3 x 6 players per station
Stations all at least 7-10m apart
1 passes to 2 and calls colour cone
2 passes to player on that colour cone who passes back to 1
1 can call any colour cone to attack goal at any point
That player must drive to circle edge and shoot then return to take place of 1
Can set up with 3 cones if numbers require
Focus is on ball speed, first time touches, reaction time

1) Left to Right pull
2) Right to Left pull
3) use rebound board
4) catch ball on stick and carry ball, drop in tyre
Collect colour ball (with stick) and play 0s and Xs
Add as many technical skills sets as you like (spins/V-drags/keepy-uppies)
Take out tyres and add a square so that the player has to collect their ball again from the square and sweep pass back to next team mate
No rebound boards? Use crazy-catch nets. Or GK for rebounds

Only 1 defender in each 25
All attackers 2m from each other and any defender (inc GK)
Decision-making from attackers as to quickest most efficient route to goals
Player 4 may not leave demarcated area - options to snap shoot from top D or deflect from PS
Defenders working together with GK chat to block most dangerous route to goals. May not engage in tackling. Any attackers who move closer than 2m to Defender, lose ball

E approaches baseline as D passes to 1 and sends reverse cross pass to 1

A passes to B who overheads to top D
A picks up and shoots - 1 touch
