- Description:
- Players work in a square, making passes and performing different physical actions after each pass.
- Organization:
- A square is formed with 4 players on each side.
- Each player passes the ball and performs a physical action before rejoining the line.
- 1 or 2 balls can be used depending on the number of players.
- Actions after passing:
- Forward ladder drills.
- Direct pass and move behind the teammate to wait for their turn.
- Control and pass + zigzag through cones (forward or backward).
- Hurdle jumps (forward or lateral).
- Sets:
- 3 sets of 4 minutes each.
- Variants:
- Combine different physical actions.
- Increase passing speed.
- Reduce to one-touch passing.

Organization:
4 players on the outside, 3 defenders, and 2 neutral players.
Timed play.
Every 10 passes = 1 goal.
If defenders recover and all touch the ball = 3 points.
If defenders recover and the ball goes out = 1 point.
Maximum 2 touches (or adapted to the players' level).
Sets:
4 sets of 3 minutes each.
Variants:
Modify the number of neutral players.
Adjust the number of allowed touches.
Change the number of passes required to score.

The other team attacks two small goals positioned on opposite ends of the main goal.
Rules for the team attacking the regular goal:
Goals count as 1 point if the ball does not switch sides.
Goals scored from long-range outside the shooting area = 3 points.
Rules for the team attacking the small goals:
Goals in any small goal count as 1 point.
If the ball switches sides before scoring, the goal counts as 3 points.
Sets:
2 sets of 8-10 minutes.
Variants:
Modify the number of small goals.
Adjust the number of allowed touches.
Change scoring conditions.
