Instructions: Perform the dynamic actions below from side to side of 6yd box. Some change half way over.

Skipping arm circles front then back.

Skipping twist

High knees to butt kicks

Machine gun (shuffle) forward

Open then close the gate

Karaoke

Bounce to basket scoop

Self pass to scoop

Skip bouncing to feet wide bounce between feet, turn and catch
