Coach with all the soccer balls.
Red team starts with the ball- Green team is defending 5v2 ( 4v1 ) dependent on numbers and level
Yellow team is spread out in the other grids.
Action: Ball is played to the Red team. They must complete 5 pases then pass it to any of the yellows, All yellow players must get into that square and complete 5 pases again. Green is still defending. Green on the outsides is allowed to interecp a pass going out to yellow.
Transition- When the ball is stolen by green team they must play a green teammate who then plays yellow. the Red team must be quick to put pressure with attacking team has low numbers. The game continues.
Coaching points. Closest person to the ball applies pressure fast. Can we win the ball back quickly?
If the ball is played out of bounds Coach plays a ball in to team that it belongs to to quickly get into the transitions.
Every time 5 passes are put together and a succesfull play is made that team gets a point.
