Ball starts by being served into blue. Blues players 2 touch max. Blues score on the gates. Reds are looking to intercept or steal the ball and counter. Blues's touch restriction should result in more turnovers and provide more periods of transition. Red unlimited touches and scores on regular goal. Reds should progress ball immediately aftering wining possession. Coaching points: Attack space left by blue, Body positioning, Playing front foot, Speed of play, Runs off the ball.
