- Transitional-Rondo (2 Groups)

- 6v2 - Yellow are the two defenders, Orange and Blue are on outside and Red on inside. 

- Whichever colour makes a mistake replaces the Yellow Defenders. 

- Rotate the 2 Central Possession-Team Players (different colour goes into the central positions)

- Encourage quick transitions - new defending team presses immediately.

- Pressing-Based Rondo

- 3 Blues go over to Red side into an 8v3 

- If the Blues win the ball and it goes out of play they get 1 point.

- If they pass into a mini-goal on that side - 2 points.

- If they pass back to their team on the other side - 3 points. 

- Then 3 reds go over to Blue side.
