Player 1 passes to player 2, who needs to control it and pass back to player 1, under pressure from player 3 who attempts to win the ball back
Players to alternate positions to experience all aspects of the drill
Progressions:
Players recieving the ball must try to look over their shoulder to see where the danger is
Player 1 to vary the passing to player 2, so player 2 can control the ball on different surfaces
Players 2 only allowed to use weaker foot to control
Regressions:
Players to move closer together to make control easier
Player 3 starting position to be moved back to allow more time for control

Play 6v6 in a 30 x 20 area
The first 2 minutes will be free play
Players must pass the ball to each other, showing good control, before passing to a team mate.
Players must control the ball in the shaded area before shooting to goal
Progression:
Players must make at least 4 passes before passing into shaded area to shoot
Players limited to 2/3 touches of the ball
Regressions:
No limit on touches
No ammount of passes needed before shooting
Players can score outside the shaded area

Player 1 passes the ball to player 2, who controls the ball and passes to player 3.
Player 3 returns the pass to player who controls, turns and passes to player 1.
Players to alternate positions, to experience all parts of the drill

Players attempt to control a pass on thier chest before making the pass
