Goalkeeper starts opposite server, side steps to the pole and receives a service into hands for a save:
Goalkeeper will work for three repetitions per set
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Progression - As before the server will move back. However the service will now be random and off the floor, therefore making the ball more unpredictable for the goalkeeper working.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Can the goalkeeper be quick with the movements and set quickly in order to make decisive and relevant saves. Can the goalkeeper complete the drill with three catches

Goalkeeper starts opposite server, side steps to the pole and moves in between the two cones to defend the what is set up to be a mini goal
Goalkeeper will work for three repetitions per set
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Can the goalkeeper maintain the efficient movements as well as a good set position in order to deal with the save effectively. The progression is for the keeper to defend more space in the mini goal
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Can the goalkeeper complete the drill without conceding in the mini goal. Can the goalkeeper complete the drill in a timescale as well as catching all three serves

Goalkeeper starts opposite server, side steps to the pole and receives a ground pass for a two touch play back to the server:
Working for three repetitions per set
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Can the goalkeeper move quickly and show a good body shape in order to play the ball back to the server in order to keep the drill flowing
Progression - server moves gradually moves further back so can the goalkeeper maintain the quailty of pass despite having to deal with a longer distance
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Can the ball get back to the server at pace first time without the server having to move. Can the pass be accurate and fast
Can the keeper complete all three movements and passes in a time scale ( 6 seconds)
