Organization:20 by 20 area
6 players(5 attackers, 1 defender)
1 ball per player(additional around on the outside)
Instructions: attackers attempt to score a point by being the last attacker in the area with a ball
the defenders must attempt to steal a ball from any of the attackers
any attacker who loses a ball automatically becomes a defender
first player to 5 points wins
play for a set time and then rotate starting defender
Coaching Points: -controlled approach
-play at speed
-attack defender's front foot
-timing of move
-body shape
Visual Cues:-distance to defender
-positioning(where attacker is on the field)
Progressions:P-reduce area size
R-starting defender must walk, but can tag attacker instead to dispossess them

4 players (1 attacker, 1 defender)
2 balls
Instructions: objective is two dribble the ball through the goals at opponents end
both players begin at their own end line, ball is passed to attacker by defender, both players become active
if defender wins the ball, they can attack their opponents goal
play 5 repetitions and then rotate
Coaching Points:-play at speed
-head up
-use fakes/feints to decive player
-creativity
-accelerate into open space
Visual Cues:-defender's initial release to defend(comes with speed or is passive)
-distance to defender
Progressions:P-defender becomes live after initial pass
R-defender is passive

12 players
4 balls(additional on the outside)
Instructions:The Activity starts with the first player dribbling out, beating the cone and passing to the player on the opposite
The player who recieves the ball then repeats and activity continues

Organization: 40 by 30 area with 5 yard end zone on each side
12 players(two teams of 6)
6 balls(additional on the outside)
Instructions: players are divided into two teams and assigned a partner. They can only challenge their assigned partner.
teams compete and score points by dribbling ball over opponents end zone line and stopping it. Play restarts with defender passing it in or dribbling in from own end zone. attackers are only allowed in opposing teams end zone if they have a ball
First team to 10 points win

Organization: two 20 by 20 areas
4 teams of 5 players(20 players total)
1 ball per game(additional on the outside)
Instructions: Teams play small sided games 5 v 5
regaular game rules apply(corner kicks, goal kicks, throw-ins)
play for a set time and then rotate teams
if ball goes out of bounds, play is restarted with throw-in
if goal is scored, scoring team must have all of their players run back and touch their goal, before being allowed to defend
Coaching Points: -play at speed
-attack front foot of defender
-once defender is beat, take space behind defender
-timing/execution of fake/feints
- body poistioning-low center of gravity
