Practise Layout:
Pitch Size for T&S: 40x30

Timings:
Technical: 15 minutes
Skill: 20 minutes
SSG: 25 minutes

Equipment:
2 Goals, Cones, Footballs, 6 Red Bibs, 6 White Bibs, 4 Blue Bibs, Flats

Players:
14 (4 Red, 4 White, 4 Blue for Technical and skill - 6 Red, 6 White for SSG + 2 GK- Bib before session)

5 Pillars:
Physical: Medium/High intensity. 4 minutes work to 1 minute rest. Maximum ball rolling time. When ball goes out of play, footballs located in good positions for play to restart straight away.
Technical: High reps - Loads of ball rolling time. Medium realism.
Tactical: Technical - low tactical outcome. Skill - Medium tactical outcome. SSG - Medium tactical outcome
Social: Team meetings in skill and SSG to see how the teams can take advantage of overloads, and how to play when overloaded.
Psychological: Challenging players in each individual practise. How quickly / how many times can they regain possession and create overloads on attacking areas.

Practise Layout:
The practice requires 14 players, positioned in the 2 areas.
1. White coned area 40x30
2. Zone 1 = 4 red and 3 blue (Zone 2 = 4 blue and 3 red)
3. 3 blues and 3 reds located in each area.
4. Spare footballs located by start of each line

Technical Practise:
1. Each zone is split into 2. In zone 1, 3 reds go in one zone, and the spare goes in the other.
2. The 3 players complete 4 passes then transfer the ball to the spare player. 2 of the group of 3, go and join the spare player and repeat the process.
3. Players can play off as many touches as they like. Encourage 2 touch max.
4. 4 minutes active with interventions - 1 minute rest (Introduce Progression)

Challenges for Players:
1. How many passes can they complete in a set period of time?
2. How many times can you transfer the ball from one zone to the other in the set period of time?

Skill Practise:
1. 4v4
2. 2 part skill practice. Within a time limit 2 teams will play against each other. However, one player from one of the teams goes into the rondo to try and win the ball. They are only allowed back into the game, once the have won the ball.
3. Once they have won the ball, they return to the area, and the opposition must send a player over. Always creating an overload on the pitch.
4. 4 minutes games - 1 minute interval (Change teams over)
4. Points System:
- 3 points for win
- 2 extra points for best team in posession
- 2 extra points for the best team out of possession

Challenges for Players:
1. How can you take adavatge of the overload? Take risks?
2. How quick can you win the ball in the rondo? 6 seconds?
3. How can you stop the opposition from scoring with one less player? Can yu score with one less player?

SSG Practise:
1. 6v6
2. For the first 4 minutes, there is no conditions.
4. 4 minutes games - 1 minute interval (Add progressions)

Progression 1 - The team inpossession can have free movement. However, the team out of possession are locked into zones. 2 players in their defensive and middle zone, and one in their attacking zone.

Challenges for Players:
1. When in possession, can you always create a 3v2 overload in each zone.
2. How quick can you get the ball into the striker from the keeper? 6 seconds?
3. Can you score a goal within 6 seconds of winning back possession of the ball?
